COLON HYDROTHERAPY - preparation and hydrocare guide

Before and after care instructions 24hrs before and after your appointment
Please be conscious of Everything you put in your mouth for the 24hr period and please
avoid eating or drinking anything including water 2 hours before your session to ensure a
successful appointment. Following this protocol will Guarantee a better release. Those
following a specific diet through their medical doctor please follow your MD's instructions first and foremost. Quantities are irrelevant, a bite will throw
your session off and cause discomfort. Also, please no fasting.

Avoid
- Alcohol
- All red and processed meats (beef, pork, sausages, lunch meats etc)
- Caffeine inc: tea, coffee, energy drinks & chocolate
-Beer & alcohol
-Sodas or any Carbonated beverages
-Avoid chewing Gum(causes you to swallow air)
-Drinking from straws(causes you to swallow air)
-Eggs,cheese and ALL dairy products
-Cakes, ice cream and all desserts
-Fried and fatty foods
-Packaged pre-made meals(including frozen meals)
- Foods with preservatives like junk food (No shelf life food, only natural foods)
-All flour products
-All soy products(soy beans, soy sauce, tofu, teriyaki sauce, etc)
-All Protein powders (including protein bars or pre-workout supplements)


Also avoid gas-producing foods such as;
-Asparagus
-All Beans/Lentils(no hummus)
- Broccoli
- Brussels sprouts
- Cabbage
- Cauliflower
- Onions
- All Peppers
- Apples( All apples and anything with apple in it is NOT allowed)


Suggested food and beverages to eat before and after your session:
- Water
- Vegetable juices( make sure NO apple)
- Garlic, squash, carrots, peas, mushrooms, beets
- Chamomile and peppermint teas
- Fresh vegetable soups (without onions/onion powder etc…)
- Fish and poultry
- Green leafy vegetables – spinach, kale, salads
- Seeds - pumpkin, sunflower (all plain nuts and seeds are safe)
- Whole grains - brown rice, millet, quinoa
